Stroke Skills Awards

The ASA states "swimmers should be encouraged to acquire good skills in strokes, turns and finishes before they are asked to swim quickly"

Atlantis SC is a competitive swimming club and we fully support this statement and therefore intend to introduce Swimming Stroke Award courses to be run on Sunday evenings at the Pavilions.  Awards are available for the 4 competitive strokes, plus Individual Medley aiming to reward the achievement of these skills. 

Swimmers should see Lorraine to register their interest in completing these courses.
