Flight details

There have been changes to the flight details published earlier, the departure times have now been brought forward and will be notified to everyone very shortly.

 

Swim Lanes

25 - 29/5  07.00-09.00 and 17.00-19.00 3 lanes

30/5  09.00-11.00 and 17.00-19.00 3 lanes

31/5 09.00-11.00 3 lanes

There will be land training each day and stretching and fitness classes run by te resorts highly qualified Green Team instructors.

 

Travel Insurance (£30) will be taken out for swimmers but please inform me if you have an annual family insurance which would be applicable to this trip.

The cost of the camp for swimmers will be approximately £600 and this amount less deposit will need to be paid by 10 March 07.  The final cost will be notified by letter to those attending very shortly.

 

At a later date I will give you further information on contact details, clothing and snack food recommendations.  I will also need, in writing, any information on swimmers regular medications, allergies or any relevant specific health problems.

LAST FEW SPACES AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING NOW

 

Twenty swimmers have already booked their places for tis fantastic opportunity to train for a week at Club La Santa in Lanzarote with Atlantis Chief Coach Bill Penny.

As a result of this number we are able to take on another lane of the training pool menaing that we now have space for a few more swimmers to attend.  The total cost of the trip including accommodation, flights, insurance, training and all meals is £600 person.  to reserve your place a deposit of £100 should be paid on booking.  Places are limited so bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.  Minimum standard for entry is Silver Squad.  Please see Bill Penny for booking and further information.
