Well done to all the swimmers who swam in the County Champs at K2 over the weekend.
Lots of great swims, some great pb's and some medals.
A special well done to all the swimmers who swam for the first time.
Great to see our swimmers making Finals and also winning medals.
An extra special well done to Katy Harris who swam a fantastic time in the 100m Back open & Junior Championship Final and won the Junior Title.
Her time of 1.07.22 was also a National Qualifying Time.
Well done Katy.

Well done to everyone who swam in the Atlantis club champs. Everyone did really well . I hope next year will be just as good as this year. I couldn't believe how many records were broken!

Well done to all the swimmers for a fantastic win last night in Sussex League and for getting promotion to Division 1.
Next year will be tough and we will need a BIGGER effort to stay up.
We must keep up the good work and believe in ourselves.

Lanzarote was fab !! I wanna still be there now, even though the work was more than a little tiring... =D. Well done to everyone who went, you guys made the trip what it was! Hi guys, i hope you still remember me - an old master swimmer who returns once in a while to swim when she is back from the big smoke! just wanted to clarify if there is training in the mornings the week commencing 29/05?? I understood from the update that there is no mid week session but the morning sessions were not entered in on the diary for monday and friday????I guess none of the oldies will be there on tuesday morning since you are off to lanzarote on the training camp - have a great time - wish i could come! Miss training with you all, Atlantis will always be the best club to me, maybe i will return one day in the future when i live nearer, Kirsty x

Well done to Bill and the Team for a fantastic performance at Gillingham to finish runners up in Speedo and get promotion to the First Division. Well done to the swimmers that were late replacements and who swam up to fill the gaps.
Everyone showed grit and determination and got the result.
We might have even WON it with a full strength and fit team.
Next year will be tough but you all can do it - BELIEVE IN YOURSELVES.

Hi guys, especially those who know/remember me!

Just to say hi, and that I saw a physiotherapist again recently who has told me I should start doing regular sport again recently, which I'm all to happy to take up, this basically translates to me going to come back (maybe) after Christmas.

Had my first experiance of actual swimming today, the first time in months and months that I've actually been able to swim without everything going to peices...I swam terribly but it felt good to be in the water again.

Well done to Lewis for this afternoon, you swam really well and it was good to see you again.

Lots of PB's and the club finished 11th out of 28 clubs taking part.
